It's amazing how Don Manuel are able to make so many different and delicious baked goods using only flour, eggs, sugar, and butter. All the biscuits, tarts, buns, and cakes they sell in the cake and coffee shop are made by hand, one by one, early every morning at their artisan bakery. Jose Manuel says that they work with their hands but create from the heart. It must be really rewarding to see the expression on people's faces as they take the first bite of one of these carefully-crafted creations.
