Here, everything revolves around bread and eco-friendly, healthy food inspired by simple culinary techniques that allow the product of the land, mountains, or sea to shine. The business consists of four main areas: a sourdough bakery, a craft brewery, a coffee roasting facility, and a delicatessen with 250 different products. At Basquery, it's all about flavours, aromas, and textures.
