He sells over 850 carefully-selected Designation of Origin (D.O.) products including Pan de Cea, the only bread in Europe with the coveted protected geographical indication; eggs, chorizo and cured sausage from a native Galician breed of poultry and a long list of wines, liqueurs, different cheeses, and Galician savoury pies.
