A festival of regional flavour
A shared love of gourmet food led to their paths to cross twenty years ago, and Zapore Jai is the fruit of this encounter. The Basque Aurkene Echaniz and Frenchman Sylvain Foucaud, decided to turn their passion for hand-carving ham - a tradition on the verge of extinction at the time - into a business. While premium-quality ham is, of course, one of their star products, they also sell a range of other charcuterie, gourmet tinned produce, oils, cheese, and wine. A riot of enticing flavours within easy reach.
