A bookshop dream come true
Lápices was born on a whim. Its founder, Mari Luz, ran the bookstore until 2015 when her daughter Itziar took over her mother’s lifelong dream. Customers will find everything from pencil cases to the latest literary highlights. They aim to bring culture to the neighbourhood and draw the locals in with a warm welcome. They also host book clubs, presentations and other activities. Their love of art and literature shines through everything they do.
